I really ought to get back into the habit of posting these more often. But those of you who watch me know how lazy I am, so you can forgive me.

I’ve recently thought of an interesting idea. The first person to reply to this journal gets to request of me (almost) any pic they’d like me to draw. Note that by ‘almost’ I mean that I should be able to post it to DeviantArt without having to censor out anything. Also, I’d likely be penciling and/or inking and not coloring.

Now understand, the reason I am doing this is partly to have something to do over the weekend, but more-so to see how better at arting I’ve gotten. See, I’ve been drawing a lot, recently. But I’ve noted that I’ve never done a completed artwork since my DevID, and that was a long time ago. And all I’ve done since then were sketches or concept designs (things that I’m too lazy to post here). I’m interested in finding out if I still have it in me to follow through something like that and make it look good. Its like, if I really tried at something, how well would it come out.

I realize that a more simpler way of finding this out would be to put down a sheet of printing paper and just draw something, and I’m not so much at a total lost as of what to design that I’d hit an artist block or something. It’s just that I know that if I have obligations I tend to follow through with them more easily (and work harder).

So there you are. Have at it. The first to reply gets arts from me. Don’t ask me what I’m good at or how good I am. You could check my scraps or my gallery, but I wouldn’t count those as good references, as my style has changed (gotten better) since the times that I drew those.

Also, since I have an extended weekend to slack off, I might extend the offer to the first two replies. I don’t know yet, it would depend on how easy the first request (if any) is.
